In this paper, the reasons for repairing welding failure of tube plates in titanium heat exchanger as well as welding joints in heat exchange tubes are analyzed and reliable measures to restore tube plates and welding joints of heat exchange tubes are put forward and implemented. 分析了钛换热器管板与换热管焊接接头补焊失效的原因,提出了实施修复的可靠措施。
